Maintenance Therapy and Groups: Palmerston North - Yoga, Hydrotherapy, Nite Owls, Art Group, Stretch Class, Coffee Group; Feilding - Art Group, Lunch Group; Otaki - Tea Night; Pahiatua - Coffee Group; Taihape - Coffee Group; Levin - Breathe Easy Classes, Yoga, Coffee Group; Dannevirke - Coffee Group; Marton - Cafe Lunch. Please contact our office for dates and times. Please note that most classes will resume in February 2010 until after the Christmas/New Year holiday period.
Friday, March 5 to Sunday, March 7: Due to the success of our first Break Away Camp at Foxton Beach, we are pleased to advise that another camp will be held in the first weekend of March 2010. The camp is open to all our members, their friends and families. If you would like to attend, please contact our office: mmss@inspire.net.nz.
Friday, March 19 2010: Our biggest fundraising event of the year, our annual street appeal will be held on Friday, March 19 2010. Please note that all funds raised in our regions are used to assist people with multiple sclerosis, their families and carers in our region. We are always looking for volunteers to help us collect. If you would like to help us, please contact our office: mmss@inspire.net.nz.
April 2010: The Massey University Personal Training Programme will re-start in April 2010. We have already had many people register their interest in particating in the programme, but there may still be a few spaces left. If you have multiple sclerosis, if you would like to get fitter, improve your balance and strength, and help raise awareness and understanding about the challenges faced by people with MS, here is your opportunity to get involved.
