Our Society receives no guaranteed funding. To meet the costs of providing our free Field Officer service to people with MS in our community, we need to apply for funding to various trusts and organisations each year. We are very grateful for their continued support but with the current economic climate, we need to find other ways to meet the shortfall.
This month's raffle is an original artwork, "Sunset Bay" (pictured left), donated by Sarla who is a member of the MS Art Group. The tickets are only $1 each and are limited to 100. Don't miss out... call into our office at 51 Waldegrave St, Palmerston North, to get your ticket.
We have packs of five greeting cards for sale suitable for Christmas, thank yous or birthdays. The artwork was donated by Yvonne Wierzbicki of our art group and were printed by Graphic Press & Packaging in Levin. Cost is $5 for five cards and envelopes. We also have silver and gold plated charm bracelets for just $10 each (pictured below), and if you're looking for that office gift under $5 how about our MS rocks? Each rock is an original design from our art group - small rocks are $2, large rocks are $5...great paperweights!
